Five Stars
Mistletoe Miracles by Jodi Thomas was the holiday read I needed this year. The story followed three couples in the same small town brought together by different circumstances. While the story skipping took a few chapters to get used to, I really think format worked well for a sweet holiday novel.
The best part about three storylines? Three delicious and gentle heroes to fall in love with! I really couldn’t choose a favorite between the reclusive mountain man, the hardworking rancher, and the lonely soldier. All three have a little part of my heart now.
I am just going to put this out there: the pacing of this book was absolutely masterful. At no point did I feel the stories dragged, nor did I feel any story was short changed their inevitable HEA. Each couple had an individual dynamic and I was completely satisfied with each story by the end. If you’re looking for a book that will make you smile and give you warm holiday happiness with just a touch of angst, this book is for you! I can’t wait to pick up my next Jodi Thomas book.
